Follow-Up

First off, QBKooky corrects yesterday's post about the new startup, Codename:Constellation. The story revolves around a journalism major at the University of Oregon. QBKooky also provides a nice blurb and points out that:

Due to some statistical (and email) reasons, you must join the group to play. You have until May 30 to sign up, and you could join later, but I would recommend joining early to start "getting into" the game.

'Muda let us know that the Majackass site is likely a parody left over from the Majestic community. He also left us with this tip:

HiddenAlliance is a work in progress. The flash splash is a placeholder for the domain at this time. The PM's are a group of Majestic community developers who were frustrated with the way Majestic was deployed.

I'd expect it to be some time before there's any noteworthy activity. HA is about at the point now where Lockjaw was when Wired mentioned it back in November.

So there you have it, it looks like HiddenAlliance may go live around September 2002. Of course, we'll keep you updated.
